ALISON & RICHARD

“Shall we?” is how Richard proposed. “He makes me laugh!” was her reply when I asked her what drew them together..

I met Alison and Richard on their wedding day. They are both British and came to Malta to tie the knot. They were getting married at Palazzo Parisio, an exquisite venue in Naxxar Malta with lavish gardens, and I was commissioned for them thanks to the wedding organiser. I found Alison already dressed up and waiting for me in the suite upstairs close to the wedding hall. Alison was nervous but with a big smile on her face. Richard was out somewhere, so I met her best friend who was also her witness. They had to get married at 17:00hrs but registrar was delayed so we waited together upstairs. By then I met Richard too, and I had a ball creating memories for this lovely couple.

After the ceremony we had a lovely couple session outside in the gardens but not before drinking some prosecco. I couldn’t get enough of these two and the light was just perfect for my work. They cut the cake and I left them to enjoy their wedding meal of four….love is not a number…
