Maria Angela & James

I knew it was going to be a fun wedding from the moment Maria Angela opened the door. Her big gleeful smile said it all – this was one bride that was over the moon to get married to her best friend James! Preparations were underway when I arrived, however Maria Angela couldn’t wait to get into her dress! She showed me her favourite photo with James, I met her twin sister and best friends, as well as her wonderful parents! She did not stop chatting and laughing throughout the whole time, and I wondered how she was going to contain her excitement till mass.

James was also super excited, so excited that I found him already dressed up! His mates were all there too, and with a bunch of doctors in the house, I felt safer than ever.

James and Maria Angela said their vows at Ta’ Ibragg church surrounded by family and friends. It was a touching moment when they said I do and Maria Angela’s infectious smile stayed with me throughout the whole time.

Reception was at Olive Gardens in Rabat. When it started to rain I got concerned but rain did not distract the bride and groom at all….they danced like nobody was watching and if I have to say something – Doctors really know how to party!

They cut the cake, and Maria Angela threw the bouquet….I went home smiling and happy that these two lovely souls chose one another to be life partners! Life is sweet!
