PIERRE & STEPH

About ten years ago, I used to post my photos on Flickr. I was still a beginner, and quite frankly I had no clue what photography was all about. However through Flickr I made a lot of friends. We even set up a group for us locals called ‘Flickristi’. Amongst them there was Pierre and we always got on super well, however with time Flickristi dissolved, and each went along his/her route. I am one from the group who took up photography as a living, together with lecturing the subject. Can you imagine my surprise and pride, when Pierre contacted me and chose me as his wedding photographer! Yes totally stoked!

Steph is a shy sweet girl who was not used to having her photos taken. This in itself made me want to really get to know her through my lens. So we set off to shoot their pre-wedding shoot in Bahrija and Mtahleb area. I made them walk and go down places which were not super comfortable. We chatted and laughed, whilst I shot and spotted the best backdrops for this gorgeous couple. I can’t wait to shoot their big day now!
