JELENA & MAURO

Oh Jelena and Mauro, were just so much fun! Coming from the carnival background, Mauro’s crew was already a buzz on their own. Add to the mix, Jelena’s Eastern European provenance, and the party went on and on! For this occasion, I did not shoot at the groom’s. My student Matt, did the photos at the groom, since the groom is his cousin.

Jelena though was up to me, and upon my arrival, she was as nervous as can be. However she was just a dream for me when she was getting ready. Her naturalness, and class, really gave me a set of lovely photos and at times I felt like I have a seasoned model in front of me and not a nervous bride. The girls downed a glass of prosecco prior going out to church.

The exchange of the vows was emotional yet so sweet, Jelena waited a long time for this day!

The party was epic! The couple danced non stop, surrounded by all their family and friends. Truly a wedding to remember, on one of the hottest summer’s day!
